Mandala rock painting is a peaceful and calming activity that encourages you to tune in to and express your creative side: You do not need to have any artistic experience whatsoever! 
Mandala is a Sanskrit term meaning 'circle'. It was considered by Carl Jung to be an expression of your soul and its connection to universal consciousness. Mandalas have long been used spiritually by many (Hindus, Buddhists, Alchemists, Hopi) for meditation, prayer, healing and art therapy.
